Studying psychology involves exploring what causes people to do what they do and think what they think as they experience the ups and downs of life. Psychology looks at how people grow and change throughout life and how they deal with challenges along the way. Because it is geared toward helping people to live more efficiently, everyone can benefit from taking some courses in this discipline.

To get you started on your journey in the field, consider taking General Psychology (PSY200) and Human Growth and Development (PSY210); both classes are offered every term.
