Heartfelt thanks to the generous engineering team of BeBold@Airbus for its incredible donation to the Bishop State Wildcat Basic Needs Pantry! Their contribution includes a variety of nourishing snacks and essentials: granola bars, oatmeal and grits packets, fruit cups, chips, crackers, noodles, canned meats, tuna, condiments, soup cups, and so much more. This donation will make a meaningful impact, ensuring our Wildcats have access to the essentials they need to succeed.

Airbus Americas Mobile Engineering Center's BeBOLD group is led by Mitchell Appleberry.

"We are happy to be here," said Appleberry after delivering the donation. "I think it is an amazing cause. A lot of us talk about this cause and being in school and having these kinds of challenges and difficulties. We know what it takes to be where we are now and the challenges you could face if you're dealing with hunger or food insecurity and different things during that time. I'm so happy to see the turnout we had and hopefully, it's something we can continue to do and do in other ways and continue this over time and build this partnership."

The Wildcat Basic Needs Pantry is here to support our students by providing essential day-to-day items, from food and hygiene products to school supplies and more. Located in the heart of the Student Services department, the pantry is designed as a safe, accessible resource for students who may need a little extra help to focus on their studies without worrying about basic necessities. Whether it’s a quick snack or essential personal items, we're here to lend a hand and help every Wildcat thrive!
