The Bishop State Community College Foundation will hold its Scholarship Foundation Gala on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 6 pm. The event will be held at the Mobile Marriott. The Foundation is committed to the sustainability, success, and growth of Bishop State's students, programs, and faculty. Events such as this allow the Foundation to provide scholarship funds for well deserving students. The entire focus of the organization is to educate young people to better prepare themselves for a bright future. The event will also recognize Mr. Oliver H. Delchamps as a distinguished humanitarian and Chairman Emeritus of the Bishop State Community College Foundation. Mr. Delchamps continues to be a major contributor to the Foundation and to the Mobile Community as a whole. The cost to attend the event is $100.00 per ticket with a portion of the contribution being tax deductible.
