In accordance with the Alabama Community College System, Bishop State Community College will temporarily discontinue on-campus instruction from March 17 – April 3.
This will include all dual enrollment programs, workforce training initiatives, adult education courses, testing center operations, library services, as well as the college’s swimming facilities.
All athletic activities have been suspended until further notice.
While classes will not be taking place on campus, Bishop State will continue normal operations.
The discontinuation of on-campus instruction will allow the college’s faculty, staff, and administration time to develop a plan for alternative instructional efforts.
