Bishop State Community College graduate KD Henderson led her Propel team to a second-place finish at the Arts & Entertainment Industry Meet Up demonstrating her promising career potential in the arts and entertainment industry.
Ms. Henderson, a 2024 graduate of Bishop State, was a member of the immersive week-long Propel Arts & Entertainment Program which focused on cultivating the next generation of diverse talent. Her team's runner-up placement came after developing creative concepts and pitching them to industry professionals.
The extraordinary candor and leadership Ms. Henderson exhibited throughout the experience have opened numerous doors. She has received offers from industry insiders to further her exploration into the field.
