Aundrea Wheeler, Coordinator of Planning & Research in the Office of Institutional Research and Development, at Bishop State Community College, is one of three recipients of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Scholarships for 2012. U.S. Rep. Terri A. Sewell, D-Birmingham, made the presentation. Wheeler earned a graduate degree in instructional design from the University of South Alabama in 2003 and a second graduate degree in counseling/psychology in 2012 from the University of West Alabama. She is currently preparing to sit for the National Counseling Exam for licensure in counseling.
