Nursing Program Admissions Cycles

~FALL SEMESTER: Apply between March 15th - May 15th

~SPRING SEMESTER: Apply between September 15th - October 31st

Minimum Admissions Requirements

Please refer to the Minimum Admissions Requirement document. The ACT or ACT-R is required for all nursing program applicants. Super Scores are not accepted. There is currently no expiration on when the ACT exam was taken. For Nursing, the writing portion is not required on the ACT. Bishop State Nursing no longer accepts the TEAS test. Due to the fast-paced structure of the program, it is recommended that applicants take most of their General Education core courses prior to beginning the nursing (NUR) coursework.
